Please note - some products MUST be installed by a qualified Electrician and/or a security installer - Both of those will give you a certificate of compliancy and Electrical Safety.
If you were sold a Dead-on Arrival (did not happen yet) we will gladly replace it. You will need to send the unit to us (freight and handling charges to us will be paid by the customer) and we will ship a New item back.
If the item become faulty 30 days or more from purchase date, we will gladly replace it. You will need to send the unit to us (freight and handling charges to us will be paid by the customer) and we will ship a New item back.
